What it costs
We charge the fleet protection subscription per driver. Legal cases — a detained vehicle or an imposed penalty — are priced separately, because each one runs differently. All prices are in euro and net of VAT.

Try it free for 14 days
Open a company account and see the Ochrona package in practice — for up to 3 drivers, with no payment card. After 14 days the trial simply ends; you choose a package only if you want to. The trial does not include legal services and is available once per company.
Fleet subscription
You pay for each driver you cover — not for vehicles or for the whole company. Paying annually in advance costs less than paying monthly; each price shows both.

Live session with a trainer
With any package you can order a live online session with a trainer, with a driver attendance register (participants, date, length). We agree the date and the price with your company. The register documents the training and helps with a CPAS application, but it does not on its own decide whether accreditation is granted.

We calculate the amounts the same way as the basket in the client panel, including the volume discount. The order and the pro forma invoice are binding.

Legal cases
A detained vehicle and an imposed penalty are proceedings whose course cannot be predicted in advance, so we agree the fee individually once we know the case. We set out how we will charge before we accept the instruction; until then you pay nothing. A subscription reduces the fee by the discount attached to your package.
Detained vehicle
from €500 netRepresentation when a vehicle is detained — from detention to the release of the legitimate goods and the vehicle.
Imposed penalty
from €500 netBorder Force civil penalty (e.g. for a clandestine entrant) — objections and penalty reduction.
Success fee
- Penalty: 10% of the amount by which the penalty is reduced, i.e. the difference between the penalty imposed and the final penalty.
- Detained vehicle or goods: 10% of the value of the property released.
- You pay a success fee only if we achieve that result, and only under a fee arrangement that includes one.
Turnkey CPAS accreditation preparation
Individual quoteWe take your company through the whole Civil Penalty Accreditation Scheme application: readiness review, procedures and checklists, driver training with an attendance register, submitting the application. Admission to the scheme is decided by the Home Office.

How onboarding works

Company account
You open a company account in the client panel — straight away with a package or with a 14-day trial.
2.
Order and pro forma
You choose the package, number of drivers and billing period. You get an order number, payment details and a pro forma invoice.
3.
Payment
You have 7 days to pay. The package starts once the payment is booked — until then driver places are not active.
4.
Drivers and invitations
You add drivers in the panel. A driver with an email address receives an invitation to their own account.
5.
Training and checklists
Drivers complete the training and fill in vehicle checklists on their phones, and you see them in the company panel.
Subscription questions
What does the subscription include?
Every package includes unlimited vehicle check checklists, driver training certificates, a discount on legal cases and a set response time — see the package cards above. Every package also includes the “What to do if detained” card, a monthly fleet report and online certificate verification.
How does the free trial work?
For 14 days you use the Ochrona package for up to 3 drivers, free of charge and with no payment card. The trial does not include legal services and is available once per company. After 14 days it simply ends — nothing renews, and you can then choose a package in the panel.
How is the per-driver price calculated?
You pay for each driver covered. Paying annually in advance gives a lower monthly rate than paying monthly. From 10 drivers a volume discount is applied automatically when you order. If you add drivers or upgrade during a period, you pay only for the days left until the end of the paid period.
How does the fee refund guarantee work?
If, in a case covered by the package, we do not obtain a reduction of the penalty of at least 75%, we will refund the entire fee for handling that case. The guarantee applies to cases covered by the Gwarancja package. Details and exclusions are set out in Annex 8 to the Terms of Cooperation (in preparation).
How much is the success fee?
10% of the amount by which the penalty is reduced, i.e. the difference between the penalty imposed and the final penalty. For a detained vehicle or goods — 10% of the value of the property released. You pay it only if we achieve that result.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are net. For businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number the reverse charge applies; for businesses in the UK and outside the EU the service is not subject to Polish VAT; businesses in Poland pay 23% VAT. The pro forma invoice shows the exact amount.
How do I pay?
You order the package in the client panel. After ordering you receive an order number and a pro forma invoice with payment details. You have 7 days to pay. The package starts once the payment is booked.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel the subscription in the panel at any time. The package runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew. We do not refund a paid period. Details are in the Terms of Cooperation.
